Porsche has opened their first Porsche Studio in India. It is the first in the country and one of only a handful in the world. The Porsche Studio is located in Delhi at Connaught Place and joins Porsche’s portfolio of showrooms that are located in Delhi. Kolkata, Bangalore, Kochi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Owing to the ongoing pandemic, the Studio is open on appointment basis only.

The Porsche Studio is an exclusive experience centre aimed at giving customers a more luxurious and involving car buying experience. The design and interiors are similar to other Porsche Studios around the world. The Studio consists of various different elements that target the different stages and aspects of buying a car. The entire space is filled with Porsche inspired design elements and LED screens that display various videos about all things Porsche. There is something called the Configuration Lab and Trimming Area in which customers can spec out their cars to their desired specification and can interact with the various materials and a large interactive screen called the ‘Exclusive Manufaktur’ to customise the interiors and all other elements of their cars.

Apart from the parts that are dedicated to customisation, there is a Driver’s Club which is essentially a lounge that provides customers with refreshments. There is a private room made for customers to speak with a consultant and to complete all formalities including transactions towards the purchase of their Porsche. Another interesting element in the Porsche Studio is the E-Performance booth that educates customers about the Taycan and Porsche’s hybrid models.

Speaking about the Porsche Studio in Delhi, Manolito Vujicic, Brand Head, Porsche India, said, It is an innovative and exciting new approach to interact with our Porsche family of customers and enthusiasts through a combination of personal interaction and the use of the latest technology. Displays and digital touchpoints offer diverse attractions beyond just products, ranging from heritage and lifestyle to the future of the brand.”

The Porsche Studio is an attempt to improve and further enrich the customer experience that revolves around the brand. It comes in good time with the company expanding their portfolio in the country with models like the all-electric Taycan that is making its way to our shores soon.
