Nissan has launched the Magnite at an introductory price of Rs 4.99 lakh and is all set to go up against the rivals like Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon and Hyundai Venue among others. Nissan is also offering a first in segment virtual test drive of the Magnite on their website.
The Nissan Magnite comes with the option of a 1-litre turbo-petrol engine that makes 99bhp and 160Nm of torque and a 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 71bhp and 96Nm of torque. The latter is also shared with cousins like the Renault Kwid and the Triber. The turbo-petrol engine is offered with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic while the normally aspirated unit only comes with the manual. Introductory prices to last till December 31st, after which the prices will be revised.
The Nissan Magnite is equipped with a range of premium features like cruise control, fully digital instrument console, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and ‘360-degree Around View Monitor’, among many other features. The optional ‘Tech Pack’ includes wireless charger, air purifier, mood lighting, puddle lamps and better speakers. Click here for more deatils about the variants and the engine options.
