Mercedes-Benz plans to unveil the MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) Hyperscreen on January 7 through a virtual event. The MBUX feature in Mercedes-Benz cars integrates the infotainment system, comfort and vehicle controls and some of the artificial intelligence features in a single system. The MBUX Hyperscreen will extend along the entire width of the dash and will be accessible to both the driver and front passenger.
On January 7, 2021, Ola Kallenius, Chairman of the Board of Management of Daimler and Mercedes-Benz, Vera Schmidt, head of Mercedes-Benz’ advanced digital design, and Sajjad Khan, CTO and member of the Board of Management Mercedes-Benz will together present the MBUX Hyperscreen to the world via a virtual event. Further details, like the display size, other tech, and features of the MBUX Hyperscreen will be revealed there as well.
For now, Mercedes-Benz is gearing up for the upcoming global launch of its all-electric compact SUV, the EQA, which will be followed by the launch of the EQS, the all-electric sedan that will come with the option of the MBUX Hyperscreen.
