Hero MotoCorp unveiled the Concept 2.5R XTunt, along with two scooters, as part of their motorcycle lineup exploration at the EICMA 2023. Hero states that the Concept 2.5R XTunt is intended for urban riders who value precision, agility, and individuality.

The Hero Concept 2.5R Xtunt has an aggressive stance and no lighting elements on the motorcycle because it is a concept. The motorcycle is finished in a red and white colour scheme. The wheels are red as well, and the front forks are gold.

One of the XTunt's standout features is its high-performance liquid-cooled engine, which is most likely a 250cc unit based on the Hero Karizma XMR. This engine is housed in a trellis frame similar to that of the Karizma, with USD front forks and an adjustable mono rear suspension. Stopping power is provided by disc brakes at both ends.

The Concept 2.5R XTunt also includes some cutting-edge features, such as active-aero technology and 'Follow me drone' functionality. These additions are meant to improve the riding experience and give the motorcycle a futuristic look.

If it makes it to production, the Gurgaon-based manufacturer intends to compete with the Suzuki Gixxer 250, KTM Duke 250, and Bajaj Pulsar NS200 with this 2.5R Xtunt.
