Hero Motocorp has introduced a new variant of the Glamour, christened as Glamour Blaze, featuring a new paint scheme with lime yellow graphics and a USB charging port on the handlebar. It also gets a side-stand indicator. Apart from this, the Glamour will continue to be powered by a 125cc BS6 compliant engine, rated at 10.7bhp and 10.6Nm, enabled with Hero's i3S idle start-stop system. It also has Auto Sail technology which basically brings in an ECU that monitors the throttle input and allows the bike to crawl at low speeds, without stalling.

Commenting on the new motorcycle, Naveen Chauhan, Head – Sales and Aftersales, Hero MotoCorp, said, “Glamour is a highly popular brand across the country and represents style and performance. The response to the new Glamour that was launched recently has been positive and now in its Blaze edition, the brand continues to resonate with the youth of the country.”

Compared to its closest rival, the Honda SP 125, the Glamour Blaze costs Rs 2,810 less while the Honda also gets a disc brake option for Rs 4,200 extra. However, the SP 125 does not get the charging port.
