Audi India reopened doors to their dealership in Gurugram to cater to the brand’s largest market in the country. The service facility has been inaugurated and the showroom will be inaugurated soon. It is spread over a massive 48,168 sq.ft. with 33 service bays and the capacity to service 45 cars in a day. The facility is also equipped with state-of-the-art body shop facilities.
2018 was a challenging year for Audi. Its single largest facility in North India was shut down, impacting the sales of its largest market in the country. The brand reported a decline of 18 per cent in sales with 6463 cars delivered. With this humungous facility, Audi India intends to get back in the game and compensate for the lacklustre sales of 2018.
At the inauguration of the Gurugram dealership, Rahil Ansari, head, Audi India said, “Audi Gurugram will cater to what has been traditionally our largest market in India. The Northern part of India is the luxury capital of our country and leads in luxury trends and we are pleased to associate with a hugely experienced team – Kristan Auto, and are confident that together, we will reinforce brand’s strong presence in the Delhi NCR market.”
