2024 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque launched at Rs 67.90 lakh

The new model gets an updated bumper, grille, headlamps, taillamps and a new 11.4-inch screen

The entry point to the Range Rover line-up has got a fresh update for the 2024 year. The Evoque has been refreshed following its elder siblings and now features a sleeker grille, new headlamps and taillamps along with a new bumper and grille. The interiors too have got an upgrade and the centre console is now devoid of any physical buttons and instead sports an 11.4-inch screen that lets you control the various functions. Priced at Rs 67.90 lakh, the new Evoque comes with either a 2.0-litre mild-hybrid petrol or a 2.0-litre mild-hybrid diesel.

The new Evoque builds on the familiar styling of the previous models, with subtle changes making their way into the 2024 model. Changes include a new bumper and grille, red brake callipers, and LED headlights with signature DRL along with redesigned taillamps. The standard 20-inch rims can be upsized to 21 inches as well. The door handles now sit flush with the body. Two new colour options have also been added namely Corinthian Bronze and Tribeca Blue.

The rims can be upsized to 21-inches.

Range Rover Evoque interior

Continuing the minimalistic interior design approach of the new Range Rover Velar and Sport, the Evoque also gets a redesigned dashboard and centre console. The updated design gets rid of all physical buttons which now have been moved to the centre 11.4-inch curved glass touchscreen running the latest Pivi Pro infotainment system. For connectivity, there’s wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and there’s an app where you can remotely lock/unlock, pre-condition the cabin and see vehicle status details. Heated and ventilated seats and configurable cabin lighting are also standard. In terms of the interiors, you get perforated leather seats, chrome detailing and a panoramic sunroof. Land Rover also claims that the interior space has also been increased. There’s also a cabin air purifier with PM2.5 filtration.

The centre console now features only the gear shifter.

Range Rover Evoque powertrain

The Evoque gets single mild-hybrid petrol and mild-hybrid diesel engine options. With the 2.0-litre petrol engine, you get (246bhp, 365Nm) and 201bhp, 430Nm of torque with the 2.0-litre mild-hybrid diesel.

Range Rover Evoque pricing and rivals

The Evoque comes in a single variant named the ‘Dynamic SE’. Both powertrains are priced at Rs 67.90 lakh, but the price would increase as per the options you chose. The Evoque goes against the likes of the BMW X3, Porsche Macan, Audi Q3, Mercedes-Benz GLC and more.
