Senior Web Manager / Correspondent
We are looking for a senior correspondent / manager to work on our websites from our base in Pune. This is not a job for someone new to journalism (new to automotive journalism is okay), and we are looking for enthusiasts looking to take a bigger step up the ladder and make a career out of automotive journalism. Applicants will work with the best and be required to perform a variety of tasks across platforms. Job description

• Write and manage content for evo India and Fast Bikes India websites
• Write and manage content on all our social media platforms
• Identify, develop and produce general content for all platforms
• Sub and fact-check content
• Manage output of editorial teams and distribute workload to the wider editorial team
• Understand and review Analytics
• Create and manage schedules and ensure all key content is updated in a timely fashion
• Create weekly newsletter
• Optimise and maximise content for Search Engine Optimisation
• Work with the wider team to ensure evo India and Fast Bikes India’s social media output reflects the tone, tenor, enthusiasm and access to cars, bikes and motorsport events. Lead by example on this.
• Ensure the editorial team is contributing to the websites and social media handles
• Attend press launches as and when required
• Maximise opportunities for video
