Audi has launched the facelifted RS Q8 Performance in India with an ex-showroom price of ₹2.49 crore. The facelift is a mid-life update to the performance SUV with changes made both to the exterior and interior. Powering the RS Q8 is a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. Here are more details about what’s new in this facelift.

Audi RS Q8 updates and features 

The new facelifted Audi RS Q8 Performance will be available in a single fully loaded variant. Exterior-wise it gets an aggressive front fascia with larger air intake, re-tweaked front and rear bumpers, new 23-inch alloy wheels, panoramic sunroof, a new grille and Matrix-design LED headlights. On the inside it features a 12.3-inch HD cockpit display, 17 speaker B&O sound system, sporty front seats with ventilation and optional massage function, head-up display, 360 degree camera, four-zone climate control and driver assistance features like night vision assistance.

The Audi RS Q8 Performance is powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine that pushes out 631bhp and 850Nm which is 40bhp and 50Nm more than the previous model. It can accelerate from 0-100kmph in just 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 305kmph with the optional package. It also comes equipped with AWD along with a sport differential. The RS Q8 sports RS ceramic brakes, sports exhaust system and RS drive modes. Audi RS Q8 performance is also the fastest SUV on the Nurburgring track with a lap time of 7:36:698.

Audi RS Q8 rivals 

Priced at ₹2.49 crore, the Audi RS Q8 will compete with the likes of the Lamborghini Urus which comes at a premium of ₹4.57 crore, Porsche Cayenne GTS priced at ₹2.01 crore and the Maserati Levante which starts at ₹1.45 crore and tops at ₹2.38 crore (all prices ex-showroom).
