Ultimate E is a brand new virtual racing series that kicks off this weekend. The earlier launch date for Ultimate E was somewhere around June this year but with a lot of time on our hands now, the organisers thought it would be best to get it rolling as soon as possible. And with no actual racing to be held in the near future, it will probably be in our best interests to watch and enjoy our favourite racers on the virtual track. Ultimate E is bringing together some pretty big names in Indian motorsport to take part in the races. Ultimate E is slightly different than other professional e-sports leagues as well — they’re not just letting you watch the race but also join in!

Yep, that’s right, you could be racing against Narain Karthikeyan from your living room! There are also racers like Arjun Maini and Karthik Tharani who will be leading the charge for the youngsters. It's great fun to see racers from different streams of racing and varying levels of experience go up against each other. While these names have proven their names on the big stage it is also exciting to see new talents like Amith Kutty. Amith is a young 16-year old boy with no prior experience of professional racing, he just tried his luck with Ultimate E and is setting the track alight now!

Ultimate E will be an extremely fun event to watch and take part in, mixing the biggest names among real and virtual racers from the country, while also incorporating a few grid spots for enthusiasts to join in. You can find more information related to Ultimate E and its format here, and also stay tuned to their social media handles for more information on when the races are being held.
