Limited-edition Z-Prestige variant launched
The 2019 facelifted Isuzu Dmax V-Cross ‘Z-Prestige’ gets a new engine and a segment first 6-speed automatic transmission along with added safety features in a new variant. It gets a 1.9-litre turbo diesel motor that produces 147bhp of power and 350Nm of torque along with multiple drive options.
The interiors have also been given a refresher, with a two-tone brown-grey combination perforated leather seats along with soft accents on the dash and door trims. To enhance the entertainment quotient the inner roof liner now gets live-surround speakers. The Z-Prestige is also equipped with 6-airbags (Driver, front passenger, front side & full-length curtain) and BOS (Brake-Override System).
The V-Cross now will be available in three trim levels - ‘Standard Grade’ and ‘High Grade (Z)’ and the limited edition ‘Z-Prestige’. The Z-Prestige is available in four colour options – Sapphire Blue, Ruby Red, Pearl White and Cosmic Black, while the other variants will also be available in Obsidian Grey and Titanium Silver.
The standard Isuzu Dmax V-Cross features a BSIV compliant 2.5-litre 4-cylinder, common rail, turbo intercooled diesel engine that produces 132bhp of power and 320Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox. The Isuzu DMAX V-Cross is equipped with off-roading features like the 4WD (shift-on-fly) drive mode, high ride suspension that offers higher ground clearance, a wider track with longer wheelbase. The chassis frame is designed with iGRIP feature (Isuzu Gravity Response Intelligent Platform) that ensures greater stability even at high speeds and sharp curves.
