After a short hiatus and skipping the festival for the year 2020 due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, India Bike Week is back with two days full of activities and events that every motorhead would look forward to. The 2021 India Bike Week unlike every previous year will be taking place in Aamby Valley in Lonavala on December 4 & 5, instead of Goa and is also labelled as a special edition. Surely means we have a lot to look forward to.

Talking about the events and activities, India Bike Week is holding a stunt competition in which stunt teams from across the country will be participating. In addition to that, you will also get to witness international stunt athletes perform at the 2021 India Bike Week.

The festival will also include ‘The Valley Run,” a drag race event for the cars and bikes to complete the race in record time. Along with the races and stunt competition, there will be a lot more for the enthusiasts like the India Bike Week’s Collector Showcase in which the best custom Motorcycles in India and old iconic bikes will be displayed to get more perspective on the evolution of the motorbike.

For people looking to get inspired, India Bike Week will also be hosting sessions with riders who have ventured on long journeys and adventures across the world, in company with motorbike enthusiasts.

India Biker Week’s mart will be setting up shop for riding kits, motorcycle accessories and gear. And finally, the event will have live music acts and bike launches taking place.

Martin da Costa, CEO of 70 EMG and Director of India Bike Week says, “It will be the best India Bike Week we have ever done. In 2020, for obvious reasons, we had to take a breather. This year though, after 18 months of just looking at our bikes, it’s finally – finally! - time to ride. We’ve been hell-bent on making IBW happen, and all year we have wanted IBW 2021 to be up close and personal - friends and riders together. In the first week of December 2021, the Great Migration will begin from all over the country and assemble in Aamby Valley. Sure, it’s not Goa, but this is a special event under special circumstances. It really is a Special Edition. We’re right next to our friend Rongom’s amazing Valley Run and I cannot imagine a better weekend if you’re one of us.”

For the upcoming event, over 400 motorcycle clubs across the country will be participating and the organisers look at it as an opportunity for enthusiasts and bikers to form a community and socialise. You can visit India Bike Week’s website on November 17 to book your passes for the same.
