The Great India Drive is a concept by Hyundai that aims to capture the essence of some unique places, the people and the stories behind them, keeping in mind Hyundai’s vision of ‘Progress For Humanity.’ The theme of this year’s edition is to cover interesting stories about places and people who have contributed immensely to the better development of India for future generations. As part of the Korean carmaker’s 25 successful years in India, the Hyundai Great India Drive 5.0 will take place over 25 destinations across the nation.

As part of the company’s global vision of ‘Progress for Humanity’, Hyundai has also announced initiatives with an emphasis on sustainable development for local road safety. Working in tandem with Yash Garg, Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram, the initiative will focus on the development of ponds in Sohna, Farrukhnagar, and Pataudi, which will help in replenishing 93 million litres of groundwater on an annual basis. Hyundai has also announced the ‘Dhyan Do’ road safety campaign which will focus on the safety and healthcare for public and private transport drivers.
