Volkswagen has launched the updated Polo and the Vento at Rs 5.84 and Rs 8.76 lakh. While the bumpers and the grille have been given a refresher, both the Polo and the Vento will now have a new GT-Line edition and a brand new ‘Sunset Red’ colour option.

The Polo and the Vento only get cosmetic upgrades and no technical changes. The bumpers have been given a sportier look, along with a diffuser on the rear bumper and sporty side skirts. The front grille has been given a GTI-inspired honeycomb look to match the cosmetic upgrades. Additionally the Polo and Vento will now be available in a brand new ‘Sunset Red’ colour option and a GT-Line variant with powerful 1.2 TSI and 1.5 TDI engines. The GT-Line variant features a blacked-out roof, sporty black side skirt foils and a GT-Line fender badging. Volkswagen Connect system will be standard across Highline Plus and GT variants.

The duo continue to be powered by the same petrol and diesel engines – a 1-litre, 3-cylinder petrol motor, a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel motor and the 1.2-litre TSI which will be available in the GT-Line variants. The diesel cars get a 5-year standard warranty to improve ownership experience. The update Polo and Vento models will be available across Volkswagen’s 132 showrooms and backed by the 113 service workshop strong network.
