Renault to open bookings for Triber on August 17

Renault India has announced the opening of bookings for the new Triber on August 17, ahead of its launch on August 28. Interested customers can book the Triber at any authorised Renault dealership or on the website www.triber.renault.co.in for a token amount of Rs 11,000

Renault India has announced the launch of its all-new Triber on August 28. Now, the brand is inviting bookings on August 17 onwards, for a token amount of Rs 11,000 that can be paid either at a Renault dealership, or online at www. triber.renault.co.in.

Visually, the Triber has a sleek and contemporary front-end that includes signature Renault design features and LED daytime running lights. The sculpted bonnet, front and rear SUV skid plates, roof bars, and black plastic wheel arch protections and lower protective door panels finish the look and the ground clearance of 182 mm makes it suitable for all types of roads.

Within the cabin, the Triber boasts a refrigerated central storage area and cup holders between the first and second seats, along with the upper glove compartment (also refrigerated) with a capacity of more than four litres.

Renault TRIBER’s 8-inch multimedia touchscreen features the MediaNav Evolution connected multimedia system with its smartphone replication feature as well as Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The dashboard features a multimedia touchscreen for greater comfort. The fully digital LED instrument cluster (a first in this segment) with an 3.5-inch LCD screen framed by three virtual gauges for the tachometer, fuel level,and engine temperature.

Under the hood, the Triber gets a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder petrol energy engine generating 71bhp with 96Nm torque, paired to a five-speed manual ’box. And speaking of safety, it gets driver, passenger and side airbags, with seatbelt pre-tensioners for the front passengers as well as side passengers on the second row.
