Tata has given the 2023 Harrier a significant design makeover while retaining its distinct identity. A connected daytime running light configuration, a more streamlined grille, vertically arranged LED headlights, and a redesigned bumper and skid plate are among the notable front-end updates. While the side profile remains largely unchanged, Tata has introduced new 18-inch alloy wheels (19-inch for the Dark variant) and 'Harrier' badging on the front doors. The rear profile is enhanced by a connected light setup with Z-shaped LED tail lights, sleek reflector panels on the sides, and a revised bumper. Three new colour options are also included with the facelift: Sunlit Yellow, Seaweed Green, and Ash Grey.

2023 Tata Harrier interiors

The interiors of the 2023 Tata Harrier have undergone a thorough update. The 12.3-inch central touchscreen is now a separate unit. The faux wood trim on the dashboard has been replaced by a material mix that includes a textured top panel, gloss black surfaces, and leatherette padding with contrast stitching, all highlighted by a slim strip of LED ambient lighting. Other interior changes include the Nexon's new touch-based HVAC control panel, a redesigned four-spoke steering wheel with a backlit Tata logo, and a 10.25-inch customisable digital instrument cluster with navigation. The centre console has been updated with a shorter gear lever for automatic variants and a new rotary dial for the drive mode selector with a digital display. While higher-end models have an electronic parking brake, lower-end models still have the aircraft-style handbrake lever.

2023 Tata Harrier features

The feature set of the 2023 Tata Harrier has undergone a number of improvements. These include a powered tailgate and dual-zone climate control with a touch-based AC panel like the Nexon. The Harrier has rear headrests that can be extended for added comfort. Notably, a few features from the previous model have been carried over, including a powered driver's seat with memory function, a wireless phone charger, and ventilated front seats. The SUV also offers terrain and drive modes, with the latter now including a companion display for an improved user experience. While the pre-existing safety features, such as ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera, lane departure warning, blind spot detection, and auto emergency braking, remain unchanged, the safety improvements include up to 7 airbags and the addition of adaptive cruise control to the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) suite.
