Day five of the Mahindra Marazzo Ocean Trail began with us getting on NH16 to Visakhapatnam from Srikakulam. The city of Visakhapatnam is extremely clean and it is certainly a place that you need to spend some time in. The Marine Drive stretch is a great walkway and has places of interest like the Kursura Submarine Museum. The museum is a one-of-a-kind in India and is built inside a decommissioned submarine. Soon after we grabbed ourselves some authentic lip-smacking south Indian breakfast, we set off towards Borra caves.

The drive to Borra caves takes close to three hours. It includes driving through the traffic in Vizag and then the road takes us through a long stretch of twisty bits eventually leading us deep into the Araku valley. The drive to Borra caves was a real examination for the Mahindra Marazzo as it had a good variety of roads and traffic conditions. We can confidently say that the Mahindra Marazzo handled everything fairly easily. Add to that it was great on the corners and Vishal behind the wheel did enjoy the Thrill of Driving on the way up and down Borra caves.
