Soon after the launch of the Altroz and Nexon EV, Tata Motors has revealed BS6 updates for the Nexon, Tigor and Tiago. The trio gets extra features and cosmetic updates as well. The new range will be launched later this month with bookings open now for Rs 11,000 at your nearest Tata dealership, or through their website.

The Tiago and Tigor get updated styling on the front, keeping it more inline with the design language of the Altroz that’s set to be launched at the auto expo. They both get a redesigned front-end that rakes back sharply from the end of the bonnet. The pair can be distinguished from the front by looking at the neatly positioned DRLs on the lower half of the bumper on the Tigor - something that is absent on the Tiago.. The Nexon on the other hand gets a similar face to that of the Nexon EV, including the new headlights and front fascia. The BS6 Nexon does not get the blue accents of the EV, distinguishing it from the EV sibling.

Mayank Pareek, President, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit at Tata Motors said, “We are delighted to have reached this milestone and are elated to be the first in the business to announce the introduction of an entire range of BS-VI products at once. This newly designed and refreshed range is in alignment with sustainability guidelines while still delivering segment leading performance.”’

The updated models will get an increase in price. We will however only know the exact increase once the cars are actually launched later this month.
