#SafariThroughTheLens contest: Terms and Conditions

evo India and Tata Motors are inviting you to participate in the #SafariThroughTheLens contest. Use the tips and tricks you have learnt in our automotive photography tutorial series featuring the Safari to shoot stunning pictures of a Safari to win some exciting prizes.The top five entries will win a Tata Safari scale model and the overall winner will get a photography internship opportunity with evo India.

Here’s how you can participate and win:

• Post a picture you've taken of a Tata Safari on Instagram using the official hashtag #SafariThroughTheLens

• Follow and tag @tatasafariofficial and @evoIndia 

• Send us a direct message on @evoIndia with your name and contact number

Prizes:

• Top five entries will win a Tata Safari scale model, and the overall winner gets photography internship opportunity at evo India

Terms and Conditions:

• The contest opens on August 29 (Thursday) and closes on September 12 (Thursday) at midnight. Entries received after the contest period will not be considered.

• Only pictures of the new Tata Safari (2021 model onwards) will be accepted as valid entries for the contest.

• Five winners will be selected and each will receive a Tata Safari scale model.

• Multiple entries are not permitted.

• Comments on posts that are not relevant to the contest will not be considered or responded to.

• evo India and Tata Motors reserve the right to select the winners. The decision will be final and binding on all participants, and no queries regarding the selection will be entertained.

• Winners must confirm their details with evo India within 2 days of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of their prize, and a new winner will be selected.

• evo India reserves the right to withdraw the contest or event, and to change, amend, extend, or alter any of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time, without prior notice.

• evo India will not be responsible or liable for any disputes raised by participants regarding acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, deficiency, performance, or quality of the services/products offered under the contest.

• All disputes will be subject to Indian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.

• evo India does not encourage and is not responsible for the misuse of any content or images.
