Lamborghini's latest creation pushes the boundaries of what a luxury SUV can do. It combines the raw power of a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 with a hybrid system, producing a combined 789bhp and 950Nm of torque. This hybrid powertrain not only makes the Urus SE faster and more efficient but also delivers insane drifting abilities and impressive off-road performance. And that’s exactly what we explored when we visited the legendary Nardo proving ground in southern Italy.

Ignoring the price for a moment, the new Kia Carnival sets a new benchmark for comfort, particularly for rear-seat passengers. With its adjustable armchairs featuring heating, cooling, and recline functions, it offers an unparalleled back seat experience. The performance and ride quality are also tuned to match. But the real question remains – does all this justify the ₹63.9 lakh price tag Kia is asking?
The fourth-generation Maruti Suzuki Dzire has hit the market with improved styling, more features, and a five-star GNCAP safety rating. With sharper LED lamps, the Dzire stands out more than ever, and the addition of a 360-degree camera, electric sunroof, and wireless connectivity further raise the value aspect.
Packing 593bhp and 820Nm with launch control, the new i5 sprints to 100kmph in just 3.8 seconds, outpacing many traditional sedans. Moreover, it retains the core dynamics of a 5 Series with a shorter wheelbase, rear-wheel steering, and responsive handling. If you take it calmly though, the 83.9kWh battery promises a 516km WLTP range and the interior too promises a luxury experience. ₹1.2 crore crore for a near 600bhp BMW is a steal deal.
The BYD eMAX 7 has evolved into a premium offering in the MPV segment. Building on the e6, it gets strong performance, spacious interiors, and a refined driving experience. Available with two battery options – 55.4kWh and 71.8kWh – the eMAX 7 boasts a claimed range of 420km and 530km respectively, with the 71.8kWh variant hitting 0-100kmph in just 8.6 seconds. Priced under ₹30 lakh, it’s a compelling option – should Toyota be worried?
Merc says the new C 300 is designed to make driving in India stress-free while maintaining luxury and performance. And in a bid to test that, we did a journey from Pune to the tranquil retreat of Dharana at Shillim, where the C 300’s India-specific tweaks, like raised suspension and tuned dampers, shine on rough, unpredictable roads. While the 2.0-litre turbocharged engine, paired with Sport+ mode, delivers an exhilarating drive, features like a Burmester sound system and ventilated seats create a cocoon of comfort inside. Perfect then, for a luxury retreat to the hills.
After the hectic task of closing an anniversary issue, the Volvo XC60 gave us a chance to go on the perfect getaway. We headed to Atmantan, a wellness retreat in the Sahyadris, and the XC60 turned it into a calming and rejuvenating experience. The XC60’s plush interiors, advanced features, and smooth handling allow you to unwind even amid the city’s chaos, while Atmantan’s serene environment provides a much-needed sanctuary. TVS Racing continued its dominance at the 2024 Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship (INMRC), with Sarthak Chavan and Jagan Kumar securing victories in the Pro Stock 301-400cc and 165cc categories, respectively. Sarthak clinched the 301-400cc title, winning 9 out of 10 races, while Jagan's triumph in the 165cc class marked his 11th title and retirement from racing. This is a celebration of one of the most dominant performances seen in the national races.
This is a Jimny transformed into a retro Ford Bronco. This Jimny’s transformation involves custom 3D-printed parts, such as the front grille and wheel caps, alongside a unique fabric convertible roof. The exterior was given a Desert Beige finish, complemented by custom bumpers, fenders, and white-wall tyres. Inside, the Jimny features PU leather upholstery, branded elements, and a redesigned dashboard. A roll cage ensures safety in the convertible design. The entire project took four months to complete, resulting in one of India’s most unique Jimny builds.
