Polaris India has opened another Polaris Experience Zone in the country today. 83rd outlet of its kind, the PEZ is located on the outskirts of Pune at Sunny’s World, Susgaon.
The track consists of slush pit, humps, sand and obstacles made of stones to allow the riders to exploit the potential of Polaris’ ATVs. Currently, the track houses Trailboss 330 and Phoenix 200 ATVs. Both the ATVs are easy to manoeuvre and have sufficient power for first time riders to ensure an exhilarating ride. The track is over 200metres long in its current state and Sunny’s World is charging Rs 500 for two laps on any of the ATVs.
Pankaj Dubey, managing director and country head, Polaris India Pvt. Ltd., said, “The inauguration of our PEZ in Pune consolidates our position in the state of Maharashtra. This reflects that the off-roading culture in India is at a rising trend and we are geared up to provide an unmatched experience to adventure sports enthusiasts. The Tiger’s Eye Adventure in Sunny’s World will exhibit the exciting range of powerful Polaris sport vehicles where hard-core adventure enthusiasts can experience the thrill of off-roading. The PEZ concept is a perfect blend of pleasure and business. It not only acts as an arena for people to experience an off-road riding adventure, but also provides a business opportunity to entrepreneurs, amusement park owners and corporate tycoons looking for adventure as a vertical.”
Polaris is one of the only global brands to have a successful setup in India when it comes to all terrain vehicles. With the advent of adventure activities in metropolitan cities, several HNIs are opting to buy these vehicles for recreational activities. ATVs aren’t legal to ride on road but these multipurpose vehicles serve the purpose on farmhouses and trails. With the Polaris Experience Zones, Polaris expects to bring in a lot more customers under their umbrella.
