Volkswagen today launched its Whatsapp for business service in India to make the services offered by the car manufacturer more accessible. Customers can now opt-in for the Whatsapp facility through the verified contact number +91-84339 50909 and can avail services like updates about new and current products, booking of test drives, enquiries about after-sales services, information about the nearest dealerships and workshops, and access to customer care services.

The Whatsapp service is part of Volkswagen India’s Sarvottam 2.0 initiative, focusing majorly on the brand’s accessibility, network, information, products and services. The Whatsapp service features a chatbot option where the customers can send their queries to the prescribed Whatsapp number and the bot answers them with pre-fed inputs.
