Piaggio India today introduced two separate online stores for its iconic brands – Vespa and Aprilia. The customers can now explore the range of Vespa and Aprilia scooters that’s being displayed at their nearest dealership. The e-commerce platform will allow them to access information of the vehicle including technical specifications of the models, choose colours, enquire about the ex-showroom and on-road prices, avail finance and also book online by paying the fees of Rs 1000 only.

The e-commerce platform is an effort towards adhering to the safety principles directed by the government and also enriching customer experience. The company is further exploring various solutions online for its customers in the future.

Piaggio India claims that the new initiative will help their dealer network to be able to connect with the customers through this platform and will help them in receiving bookings of the vehicle and get in touch with the customer, provide all the necessary information and answer to all the queries. The documentation process also gets hassle-free as the customers can complete their vehicle registration on e-mail by keeping the required documents ready.

Piaggio India has recently opened its dealerships and is adhering to safety measures as directed by the government. The company is also ensuring that the employees are strictly following social distancing measures which includes contactless greeting, wearing protective gear and using hand sanitisers while addressing the sales and service requests of the customers.
