The new LWB BS6 E class is available E 200 and E 220d. Both are offered in two variants Expression and Exclusive. E 200 Expression carries a price tag of Rs 57.50 lakh and Exclusive Rs 61.50 lakh. The E 220d Expression retails at Rs 58.50 lakh and Exclusive at Rs 62.50 lakh. The new E class would rival the BMW 5 series which is priced from Rs 58.70 to Rs 66.2 lakh.
The E 220d features a 1.9 litre, in-line 4 diesel engine that churns out 194bhp at 3800rpm and 400 Nm of torque at 1600 to 2800rpm, propelling the car from 0 -100 km/h in 7.3 seconds. The E 200 features a 1.9 litre, producing 197bhp at 5800-6100rpm and 320Nm of torque from 1600 to 4000rpm, 0 -100 comes up in 8 seconds
The 10th gen of the E class gets feature additions as well including the 12.3 inch widescreen digital cockpit, rear touchpad, Burmester surround sound, and rear wireless charging (all features in Exclusive variant only)

For safety, this sedan comes loaded with features like Esp curve dynamic assist, parking pilot with Active Parking Assist and reversing camera, adaptive brake lights, dual front airbags, front side airbags, curtain airbags and, knee bag for the driver.
