Laureti Automotive all set to bring their flagship all-electric SUV to India this year

Laureti Automotive will be bringing their flagship DionX, which is a full-blown electric SUV to our market. And no, this is not a far-fetched dream. The SUV will be launched this year and would be available to the customers before the end of 2021.

Commenting on their achievement, Emmanuel Laurent, managing director of Laureti said, ‘‘Using a combination of specific battery technology and power systems gave us the key breakthrough results to bring forth DionX. This enables Laureti to produce highly efficient long range EVs that come with battery life guarantee up to 100,000 km.’’

The brand guarantees the battery life up to 1,00,000 km for all its vehicles. The company claims an ‘assured’ range of 540 km per charge. To prove that, the DionX will be doing a unique ‘Endurance Trip’ spanning 6000 km within 12 charge cycles in August 2019. Flagging off the journey from Leh in Kashmir, the trip will cover seven major cities- Delhi, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai and end in Kanyakumari. The brand will also stream the live dashboard data along with drive status and highlights of this trip on social media platforms.

Showing preparedness for India, Marcus Paleti, CEO of Laureti Automotive Corporation, commented “Laureti will also be known for its safety aspect especially in the Indian market. We sourced a lot of data and research on road conditions and traffic behavior in building our technology solutions to achieve top mark in safety standards. We are looking forward to publishing further test results and demonstrating them live in the ‘Endurance Trip’ this year.’’

Though not much is known about this London-based component manufacturer, with an office in Bengaluru and an intention to have 1,00,000 charging station by 2020, Laureti is sure to take our market by storm.
