After a successful first Ducati Riding Experience (DRE) off-road days held last year at Off-Road Adventure Zone (ORAZ) in Gurugram, Ducati India has announced the dates of the second iteration of the off-road riding experience. The event will be spread across two days, February 16 and 17 and will be held at Bannerghatta, Bengaluru.
This off-road experience is open for Ducati owners as well as the non-Ducati riders. Owners with Scramblers, Hypermotard and Multistrada range can reserve their slots at Rs 9800 and ride their own bike at the event. Registrations are open at Rs 19900 which includes a motorcycle from Ducati India for the non-Ducati riders. The fee includes training, breakfast, lunch and refreshments along with a DRE certificate and medical assistance.
The training is aimed at enhancing the riding skills through activities like body positioning, standing vs sitting, balance beam, braking under emergency and riding on slopes. Anand Dharmaraj, a certified DRE instructor along with his teams will be training the participants.
On the success of DRE programs, Sergi Canovas, managing director of Ducati India said, “The first edition of DRE Off-Road Days was a huge success and witnessed the thrill for riding and passion to learn something new among the participants. At Ducati we are not only looking to sell class-leading motorcycles but also further develop the riding skills of each and every rider through DRE programs across track, off-road and road” I am also extremely happy with the support shown to Ducati by the rider community here in India, and in fact our first Dream tour for 2019 to Rajasthan is now sold out.”
