David Guetta and Porsche light up Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park
The collaboration is for a film that features a remixed version of the hit song ‘Titanium’

Porsche has collaborated with David Guetta to light up Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park with the DJ’s most popular track, Titanium. The 263-metre Solar Park tower, the tallest of its kind, became David Guetta’s DJ booth and the entire collaboration in tandem with the Porsche Macan Turbo and the Taycan Turbo GT was filmed as a showcase of automotive art.

A film of this magnitude was only made possible due to the collaboration of the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). And David Guetta’s DJ booth was at The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park, which is the world’s largest single-site solar project. Operated by DEWA, the location spans 127 square kilometres making it twice the size of Manhattan.

By 2030, this project aims to power nearly two million homes in Dubai while reducing carbon emissions by over eight million tons annually.

Three behind-the-scenes episodes are shot in addition to the main film showcasing the collaboration with David Guetta and the techniques used to bring this film to life. The video showcases the Taycan Turbo GT along with the Macan Turbo in various angles going extremely fast while synergising with the pulsating beats of Titanium that's specifically remixed for this collaboration.
