Suzuki has launched the updated version of the Access scooter, the electric e-Access and the Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel

Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched its first electric scooter, the e-Access at the 2025 Auto Expo. Alongside this electric scooter, Suzuki also launched the all-new Access ICE-engined scooter and the Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel, which is the first E85 fuel compliant motorcycle in the Indian market. Suzuki e-Access
The electric version of the Suzuki Access scooter is powered by a 3.07kWh LFP battery, and this fixed battery pack is held in a secure box integrated into the frame for extra protection. The e-Access can be charged from 0 to 100 per cent in 6 hours and 42 minutes using a portable charger and in 2 hours 12 minutes using a fast charger. The top speed of the e-Access is 71kmph, while the max power and torque outputs are 5.4bhp and 15Nm respectively. The e-Access provides 95km of range on a single charge, with an energy consumption rate of 39Wh/km
The Suzuki e-Access has three drive modes – Eco, Ride A, and Ride B – along with a reverse mode for added convenience. Features include a side-stand interlock system and tip-over detection enhance practicality and safety. The keyless system allows riders to lock/unlock the vehicle remotely by key fob. The multi-function Starter switch provides integrated control over the seat opener, steering lock & charging inlet lid lock functions in a single location. You also get a centre stand and a side stand on this scooter. Additional features include a colour TFT LCD screen, and smartphone connectivity through the Suzuki Ride Connect-E App, which provides navigation and real-time traffic updates.

Suzuki Access
The Suzuki Access ICE-engined scooter has been updated for 2025, and it is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder 4-stroke SOHC 2-valve air-cooled engine compliant with OBD-2B norms. It develops a peak power of 8.3bhp and 10.2Nm of torque. The Access gets an LED position light and LED tail lamp. To enhance convenience, the scooter now comes with a front lock-operated external fuel lid, dual front pockets, increased under seat storage space, and larger fuel tank. The improved rear suspension layout, long and ergonomic seat, relaxed pillion rider position and aluminium footrest ensure a comfortable ride. The scooter also includes a passing switch, hazard switch and a brake lock on the rear left brake lever for enhanced safety.
The Bluetooth-enabled multi-function digital instrument cluster now offers added features like calendar alerts, rain alerts and integration with the Suzuki Ride Connect app for features like ambient weather information, periodic vehicle service alerts, a digital wallet, renewal alerts, and fuel consumption details. The Access is available in three variants, Standard, Special, and Ride Connect Edition, with five colour options. Prices for the 2025 Suzuki Access scooter start from ₹81,700 (ex-showroom).

Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel
The Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel is designed exclusively for the Indian market and is equipped with a 250cc BS6 compliant engine, and it uses fuel with ethanol concentrations ranging up to 85 per cent, reducing CO2 emissions and contributing to carbon neutrality. The single-cylinder SOHC engine delivers 27.4bhp of power on E85 fuel and 26.8bhp on E20 fuel, with 22.5Nm of torque. To accommodate ethanol-blended fuels, the Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel features upgraded components, including a modified injector, fuel pump, and fuel filter.
The Gixxer’s features list includes a wide LED headlamp and tail lamp and a sporty dual muffler. Additional features such as a split-seat design, dual-channel ABS, a side stand interlock switch, and Suzuki’s Easy Start System. The Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument console, integrated with the Suzuki Ride Connect application, offers plenty of information at a glance while helping the rider to stay connected on the go. Prices for the 2025 Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel start from ₹2.16 lakh and the bike is available in two colour options.
