Ducati India has opened bookings for the BS6 compliant Scrambler Icon and Icon Dark. Customers can book the Scrambler Icon or Scrambler Icon Dark from a Ducati dealership for a booking amount of Rs 50,000. Details regarding price have not been revealed yet but we expect to get more details closer to the launch of the bikes.

Ducati India says that the Scrambler Icon and the Icon Dark will be soon followed by the Diavel and XDiavel in the first quarter of 2021. The second quarter will bring in the Multistrada V4, the Streetfighter V4 and the new Panigale V4. The all-new Monster will also make its way to Indian shores in the second half of 2021 followed by the new Supersport 950 and the Hypermotard 950 RVE. In terms of the Scrambler family, Ducati India will also bring in the Scrambler 1100 Dark Pro, the Nightshift and the Desert Sled.

After the abominable year we had last year, Ducati has also decided to resume community interaction activities like the DRE Dream Tour, off-road days, track days and DRE safety with proper adherence to social distancing and safety protocols. Schedules for which will be available as and when Ducati announces them.

Here’s what Bipul Chandra, managing director, Ducati India, has to say about their plans for 2021, “2020 has been unforeseen for the entire country with operations coming to a standstill. However, if we unravel the year, it's commendable to witness the resilience of people working across the nation. Similarly, for us at Ducati, the majority of our launches and plans were pushed to 2021 and this year is going to be one of the most exciting year for us, with new launches planned in every quarter! We hope the current scenario with the pandemic stabilizes and as we resume normal life, we will be back to create state of the art experiential events like DRE Track Days, Off Road Days, Dream Tours and Racing at the National Superbike Championship. As we head into 2021, we are thankful to the entire team here at Ducati, our dealers, and most importantly, the Ducatisti for standing strong with us.”

Ducati’s announcement of all the launches for the year is great news for us enthusiasts and we can’t wait to get our hands on all of them.
