Auto Expo 2018: Toyota presents the new Land Cruiser Prado

Toyota has showcased the all-new Land Cruiser Prado at the Auto Expo 2018. The Land Cruiser Prado has received changes to its exterior in the form of a new hood, radiator grille, headlamps, bumpers and fenders. The interiors have been redesigned with a new instrument panel and centre console. The Land Cruiser Prado is available with the in-line four-cylinder, 16-valve DOHC, intercooler turbocharger, D-4D diesel engine with a max output of 170bhp at 3400rpm and a peak torque of 410Nm at 1600-2800rpm, mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission. The SUV has all-time 4WD.

The new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado retains many of the features of the outgoing model. It has double wishbone suspension at the front and a 4-link setup at the rear with air springs along with adaptive suspension. The Land Cruiser Prado has off-road features like a 5-speed crawl mode, multiple terrain modes as well as a panoramic view monitor.

One of the finest of SUVs, today Prado has been esteemed in around 190 countries, by 2.95 million customers.”

The New Land Cruiser Prado will be available in three new Exterior Colors- Blackish Ageha, Avant Garde Bronze and Vintage Brown Pearl apart from the existing colors (White Pearl, Silver Metallic, Grey Metallic, Attitude Black Metallic and Red Mica Metallic) and two New Interior Colors- Neutral Beige and Redwood apart from the existing Black color option.
