The Audi Q3 has been a silent seller for the German automaker, becoming one of the most popular Audi names in the country and being an entry point to the luxury brand for new luxury car buyers. For 2022, Audi has refreshed the Q3 with updated exteriors, interiors as well as engine options. The bookings for the new 2022 Audi Q3 will start from today with a booking amount of ₹2 lakh, and Audi announced that the first 500 customers of the car will also get additional benefits such as an extended warranty and a “comprehensive service package”.
Highlights of the exterior changes include a new 18-inch 5-spoke alloy wheel design, LED headlights and taillights, a panoramic sunroof and a gesture-controlled tailgate. In the interior, there is the new Audi virtual cockpit, wireless charging for smartphones, leather upholstery, power-adjustable seats in the front and a 10-speaker audio system along with 530-litres of bootspace.
The 2022 Audi Q3 gets a single engine option, the 2-litre TFSI engine that puts out 190bhp and 320Nm of torque, helping the SUV push itself from 0-100kmph in 7.3 seconds. This powertrain is allied to Audi’s famed Quattro all-wheel-drive system as standard, which should be a trump card over other manufacturers of compact luxury SUVs in the country.
Balbir Singh Dhillon, the Head of Audi India, said, “The new Audi Q3 has a fan following of its own in India and is loved by one and all. It has been our best-selling model and we are overjoyed to open bookings in addition to announcing all the fantastic features and ownership benefits. With the new Audi Q3, we are offering a stellar proposition with its new look and best-in-class features.”
These first 500 bookings will include an extended warranty of 5 years (over the regular 2 years), a 3-year or 50,000 km service package and unique loyalty benefits to existing Audi India customers.
