Arguably two of the biggest names in Formula 1 and MotoGP, Lewis Hamilton and Valentino Rossi will get together on track. Lewis will ride Rossi’s Yamaha M1 and Rossi will drive the Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 car. The swap will take place in Valencia on December 9 at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo courtesy of their common sponsor, Monster Energy.

Lewis Hamilton, now a six-time Formula 1 world champion is at the top of his game, winning his third consecutive title this year and truly carving his name in the hall of fame. Valentino Rossi is one of the most famous MotoGP racers ever, and probably one of the biggest motorsport icons in the world. He has a fan following enough to shame most politicians and even at the age of 40 he's going strong and racing hard. The idea of the two switching it up has been thrown around for a while now, but we will finally see it happen before our eyes come December 9.

Lewis is no stranger to fast bikes, he has his own special edition line of bikes with MV Agusta, the latest being the Brutale 800 RR LH44. Rossi has had his fair share of Formula 1 drives, even testing with Ferrari at some point. Seeing them switch things around will make for quite a spectacle.
