Honda launches the Exclusive Editions for Amaze and WR-V

Honda has launched Exclusive Editions of Amaze and WR-V this month. These are special edition variants for the Amaze and WR-V, with cosmetic updates to the exterior and interior, and no mechanical changes. The Exclusive Edition scheme will be on offer on the Amaze and WR-V with both petrol and diesel engine options, on the VX trim.

As a part of the Exclusive Edition package, the Amaze gets chrome detailing around the window and on the trunk, chrome surrounds on the fog lamps, black suede seat covers, a new armrest, illuminated door sills and front foot lighting and an Exclusive Edition badging. The WR-V, on the other hand, gets the chrome treatment on the grille, chrome surrounds around the fog lamps, special body graphics for the Exclusive Edition and the same step illumination and front foot lighting with an Exclusive Edition badging on the car.

The Exclusive Edition is based on the VX trim of the Amaze and WR-V and comes with both petrol and diesel engine options. Under the hood, the Amaze comes powered with a 1.2-litre petrol engine that is paired to either a manual or an automatic gearbox which delivers 89bhp and 110Nm of torque while the 1.5-litre diesel engine delivers 99bhp and 200Nm of torque in a manual gearbox variant and 79bhp and 160Nm in an automatic gearbox variant. On the other hand, the WR-V also gets a 1.2-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine that come mated to manual transmissions only, where the petrol engine delivers 65bhp and 110Nm of torque while the diesel engine produces 72bhp and 200Nm of torque.

As for now, there is no official announcement about how long the Exclusive Edition offer will be applicable on the Amaze and WR-V but will surely be around for those who are planning to buy these cars during the festive season. The Exclusive Edition offer can be availed on the Amaze and WR-V from any authorized dealership or Honda’s digital retail platform ‘ Honda from Home’.

The Exclusive Edition offer will be available with all the colour options on the Amaze and WR-V. The Amaze will be available at a stickered price of Rs 7.96 lakh for petrol-manual and Rs 9.26 lakh for diesel manual. The automatic variants will be available at a starting price of Rs 8.79 lakh for petrol and Rs 9.99 lakh for the diesel variant. The WR-V with the Exclusive Edition package comes with a stickered price for Rs 9.69 lakh for the petrol and Rs 10.99 lakh for the diesel variant.
