Formula 1 calendar for 2020

22 exciting rounds starting from the Australian GP in March 2020.

Get ready for yet another exciting Formula 1 season starting next month. The teams have started with their 2020 car showcase. Fourteams have already showcased their F1 car and striking new livery for the season, and till now, the fans seem to be drooling over AlphaTauri’s new livery design.

Here’s a glimpse of the F1 cars launched till today (February 15, 2020)

Mercedes-AMG F1: W11

Ferrari: SF1000

Red Bull Racing F1: RB16

McLaren F1: MCL35

Renault F1:

After the launches, the 2020 cars will hit the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya for testing over two weekends. The first testing session is scheduled from February 19 to 21 while the second one will take place from February 26 to 28. 2020 will be the longest season in Formula 1’s 70-year history with a record 22 races.

The season kicks off in Australia yet again with Abu Dhabi GP closing the season. The race will take place at two new circuits this season in the Netherlands and Vietnam. The Dutch one will be held at the new Zandvoort track that will be ready soon. Yes, the Dutch GP has returned to the calendar along with the new Vietnam GP which will be held on a street circuit in Hanoi. Vietnam will now be the fourth Asian track in the calendar along with China, Singapore and Japan.
