Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 SUV tyres launched

Yokohama has announced the launch of its new all-terrain Geolandar A/T G015 range of SUV tyres. The new series of tyres replaces the Geolandar A/T G012 and the company claims it to be a major overhaul, over its predecessor.

Yokohama assures us that a symmetric tread design with a triple polymer tread compound improves wear and tear characteristics. Tread block pitch variation is claimed to reduce noise levels. The dry as well as wet handling and braking performance has also improved, Yokohama claims.

“SUVs in India have been outgrowing passenger cars year after year and the SUV drivers who are looking for tyres with all round performance, balance between recreational and routine driving, Geolandar A/T G015 is the answer”, said Sanjay Chatterjee – Chief General Manager (Sales and Marketing). “G015 also marks 20th year anniversary of Geolandar all-terrain Tyres” he added.

The Geolandar A/T G015 is now available in the full range of 18 sizes for numerous SUVs.
