To extend its reach to Tier II and Tier III markets, Mercedes Benz initiates its customer centric ‘Brand Tour’ to focus on newer audiences in potential markets. The programme is spread across 12 cities; namely Patiala, Kottayam, Shillong, Bhopal, Ahmednagar, Shivmoga, Rajmundry, Jodhpur, Kolhapur, Jalgaon, Agra, and Salem.
This specially curated brand experience would be showing off Mercedes’ complete product portfolio. Along with that, the participants are also offered test-drives and an off-roading experience. Potential customers can then book the cars on the spot. The tour started off in early October covering Jalgaon, Agra, and Salem, and would be completing the rest of the locations before 2017 comes to an end.
“Customers are at the focal point of every Mercedes- Benz business strategy and it’s imperative that we evolve our customer centric approach in our endeavor to reach out to a wider customer base,” said Roland Folger, MD & CEO of Mercedes-Benz India, “this (Brand Tour) will help us reach to newer customers making the Three Pointed Star even more accessible to those who are creating the next growth story for India in these markets.”
