BMW India has introduced a new ‘Be in Good Hands’ after sales campaign with the aim of strengthening its connect with consumers. The campaign comprises several aspects of after sales support, the most significant of which is the new Fast Lane Service. BMW technicians use the company’s new Integrated Service Processes Application (ISPA) to detect any potential issues with the car by scanning the smart key of the vehicle instead of going through the time consuming process of diagnosing the entire vehicle. As a result a car’s basic service can be accomplished in a matter of hours.
The campaign also offers other options like the BMW Service Inclusive, a programme that covers all regular maintenance work. The Service Inclusive Plus goes a step further and covers the costs of consumables as well. Meanwhile the BMW Repair Inclusive allows the owner to extend the warranty to six years and unlimited kilometres. For further convenience there is the Mobility Offer wherein owners get the benefit of a complimentary pick up and drop facility. The great part about these programmes is that the service plans are transferable to the next owner. BMW will start this service at all 35 stations across the country.
