This includes quick service, 24*7 roadside assistance and knowledge on wheels – an initiative that provides on site training in service and maintainable. Bringing technology to the customers, Ashok Leyland have also developed an app called Ley Assist. Through this app an owner/ driver via Bluetooth can get all information about his truck from GPS location to what problem the engine is facing. The app also has step by step instructions of how to overcome a problem as well in case of emergency.
Commenting on the occasion, Vinod Dasari, MD Ashok Leyland said, “Ashok Leyland has many innovative class leading firsts to it’s credit through the years. The showcase of iEGR technology is a testimony to our capability to roll-out future ready products.
