MRF Challenge is heading to Dubai for the second round of its 2017 season. This is the third time when the 5.39km long and challenging circuit will be hosting the event. With four races over, Brazilian driver Felipe Drugovich is leading the championship; he has won two races  and had a couple of strong finishes that earned him 80 points. The battle behind is close with three drivers split by four points. With one race win and two podiums, GP3 driver Julien Falchero is at second place in the championship on 65 points. Indonesian driver Presley Martono is in third place with 63 points ahead of Rinus van Kalmthout, who is on 61 points.

“It gives us immense pleasure to return to Dubai with the MRF Challenge. We have some of the best young drivers from across the world who are keen to drive at this exciting circuit. We have had three different winners from the first 4 races so the championship is definitely shaping up well,” said Arun Mammen, Managing Director, MRF Tyres.
