To celebrate the company’s first ever customer, Pagani revealed their limited edition Huayra BC at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. Horacio Pagani’s first vehicle was sold to his close friend, Benny Caiola who passed away in 2010.
The Huayra BC shares the AMG-sourced 6.0-litre twin-turbo V12 engine with the standard Huayra , but gets a boost in power which is speculated to be at around 800bhp.
Pagani state that no body-panel on the Huayra BC is the same as those on the base Huayra, with extra emphasis given on weight reduction and aero performance. Visible updates such as the new rear wing and the front splitter improve the vehicle’s aerodynamic efficiency.
Aluminium suspension components and an all new exhaust system help the Huayra BC shed close to 25 per cent of the standard Huayra’s weight. Prices are yet to be announced but will be in the region of Rs. 6.7 crores, before taxes and duties. Being an ultra-exclusive limited edition, Pagani will be making only 20 units of this exotic car.
