Mercedes-Benz India has launched an innovative after-sales service program in India named My Mercedes-My Service.
First launched in the USA, the service plan will focus mainly on ease of service for the customers. The package mainly comprises of three features: Digital Service Drive, Premier Express Service and lowest cost of ownership advantage. The service advisers will be using iPads to interact with the customers, including video calling and text based services. An app will be provided for the same which will also enable users to book a service slot in Mercedes-Benz service centres across the country. Additionally, the Premier Express Service will allow customers living in metros to get their car serviced in 2 hours flat, thanks to dedicated service staff and service bays for a given car, at any time.
Also, new service packages have been introduced for existing as well as new customers, offering minimum 3 years to maximum 10 years/unlimited mileage of warranty. The packages start at Rs 49,000.
Mercedes-Benz has service outlets in 40 cities pan-India, the total number standing at 84. Roadside assistance is offered in 953 cities, making it the most user friendly luxury carmaker in the country.
