Aimed at the youth, X-Blade promises on style with its transformer-inspired LED headlights which is a segment first, dual outlet port exhaust, and other tidbits like stylish alloy wheels and rear tyre hugger. It is powered by the trusty 162cc HET engine which puts out 13.93bhp and 13.9Nm of torque mated to a five-speed gearbox. Braking is handled by a 276mm disc upfront and drum at the rear. Suspension duties are carried out by telescopic forks in the front and a monoshock in the rear. The all new digital instrumentation comes with a service due indicator and gear position indicator. The company claims that the long 1347mm wheelbase and the wide 130 section tubeless rear tyre would enhance stability in bad roads and ensure comfort during longer rides. Unveiled at the expo, Honda’s X-Blade is going to be priced below Rs. 79,000 (Ex-Showroom, Delhi).
