TVS Motor Company has collaborated with Gujarat Tourism at the ongoing Rann Utsav to bring a special motorcycling experience and engagement activities. The collaboration is aimed to blend motorcycling with the Rann Utsav’s cultural experience. As a part of this collaboration, TVS has unveiled two exclusive ‘Rann Utsav’ special edition motorcycles based on the Ronin model.

TVS x Rann Utsav details

The Ronin Rann Utsav edition motorcycle gets bespoke hand painted liveries in blue and maroon colour options. The engine specs remain the same with a 225.9cc engine producing 20.1bhp and 19.93Nm. The Ronin gets an LED headlight and tail lamp, custom exhaust and TVS app connectivity. Apart from the new special editions, TVS has showcased the Rann of Kutch Coffee table book which talks about the Rann of Kutch and its history, culture and people.

As a part of this collaboration, TVS curated multiple engagement activities for motorcycling enthusiasts where they indulged to experience the salt desert of India with their motorcycles. 

These include:

TVS adventure zone - This is where TVS planned for some adventure activities and the showcase of the two Ronin Rann Utsav edition bikes.

Sunset expedition - TVS took the riders on a journey to Sunset Point, capturing the breathtaking views of the white Rann

Celestial sojourn - Riders also experienced a star-gazing experience under the sky of the Rann 

Road to heaven ride - A morning ride through the scenic stretch that cuts through the heart of the Rann of Kutch

Cultural immersion - Guests also explored Gujarat’s rich heritage through traditional art showcases, folk music performances, and an authentic culinary experience

Rann of Kutch Coffee table book

Rann Utsav is a festival held every year in the Rann of Kutch. It was first held in 2005 as a small tourism initiative but has now grown into a much larger global attraction. It displays Gujarat’s vibrant culture, craftsmanship, folk music and dance and traditional food. All of this with the beauty of India’s white desert. TVS aims to uplift this experience with its partnership with Gujarat Tourism.
