KTM has launched its 2025 Adventure range in India and prices for the 250 Adventure, the 390 Adventure and the 390 Adventure X have been announced. The 2025 390 Adventure models also sport a completely new chassis, upgraded long-travel fully adjustable suspension (200mm front, 205mm rear), 21-inch/17-inch tubeless spoke wheels, 227mm ground clearance, improved ergonomics and a larger 14.5-litre fuel tank.
2025 KTM 390 Adventure
Prices for the 2025 390 Adventure start from ₹3.67 lakh and the motorcycle gets 21-inch/17-inch tubeless spoke wheels at the front and rear respectively. You also get a new chassis, long-travel fully adjustable suspension, cruise control and electronic aids which include traction control, cornering MTC and three ride modes – street, rain and off-road. You also get a 5-inch TFT display with turn-by-turn navigation.
2025 KTM 390 Adventure X
The 390 Adventure X slots in between the 390 Adventure and 250 Adventure models, and it gets 19-inch/17-inch tubeless cast wheels at the front and rear respectively. Ground clearance is 227mm and you get a low seat height of 825mm. Like the 390 Adventure, you get a 5-inch TFT display and the Quickshifter+ for seamless gear changes. Electronic aids such as ride-by-wire and off-road ABS are present on the Adventure X, and prices for the motorcycle start from ₹2.91 lakh
Both the 390s are powered by a new generation of lightweight, 399cc engines called the LC4C, which debuted in the most recent 390 Duke. These engines get newly-optimised cylinder heads and gearboxes, and produce 45bhp of power and 39Nm of torque.
2025 KTM 250 Adventure
The KTM 250 Adventure is built on the same platform as its larger siblings and is powered by a 250cc engine, while sharing the same ground clearance and low seat height as the 390 Adventure X. You get ride-by-wire, off-road ABS, Quickshifter+ and a 5-inch TFT display with navigation, while the price of the 250 Adventure is ₹2.59 lakh.
KTM will also be introducing the 390 Enduro R, displayed at the India Bike Week in December 2024, on sale soon. With these new and improved motorcycles in its lineup, KTM is perfectly primed to take over the off-road motorcycle segment in India, going up against rivals like the KLX 230 from Kawasaki – and the freedom of choice is great news for off-road enthusiasts.
