Have you always wanted to service your car and know what goes where? Here’s your chance to have ‘A Date with your Car’, which is what Mahindra First Choice Services (MFC Services) is calling its new service scheme, in a bid to give customers a better knowledge of the technical aspects of their cars.
The multi-brand car service network has kick-started this unique service initiative, where the customer can service their cars at their nearest MFC workshop. This initiative will let customers know more about their cars by getting inputs from the technicians. They will have to register on the MFC Services website and fix an appointment for the service. They will have access to the tools that are required for servicing their cars. Customers will be doing only the basic and regular servicing related to the car. The service crew will also provide assistance to the customers.
On the new service initiative, YVS Vijay Kumar, CEO, Mahindra First Choice Services said, “Being a car enthusiast is all about feeling a connection with your car. The aim behind this initiative is to encourage car owners to come and service their cars themselves under MFCS’ guidance.
