TVS introduces matte red shade for the Apache 160 and 180

Looking forward to the upcoming festive season, TVS motor company has introduced a new matte red color option for their Apache RTR 160 and 180 motorcycles. With the introduction of the new colour on the RTR 160 and 180, the complete TVS Apache RTR range is now available in matte red finish. The company claims that this is an exclusive shade, developed using a twin component thermosetting acrylic paint system with a special pigment to give it a clear matte finish. The bikes feature the new paint across the fuel tank, the engine cowl and the rear frame.

Mechanically the bikes remain the same, the Apache RTR 160 gets a 159.7cc air-cooled motor which pumps out 15.2bhp of power and 13.1Nm of torque while the RTR 180 is powered by a 177.5cc motor which pumps out 17.03bhp of power and 15.5Nm of torque.
