TVS Apache RR310 launching on December 6

TVS fans rejoice! The much awaited RR310 has been officially confirmed to launch on December 6. TVS Motors would be hosting a launch event in Chennai to reveal the motorcycle to the eager fans, and also celebrate their successful partnership with BMW.

The TVS Apache RR 310 is based on the BMW G 310 R, and as far as we know, the TVS would mechanically be the same. The BMW-developed ‘rotated head’ 313cc liquid-cooled engine is expected to churn out 33bhp and 28Nm, and also get ABS for safety.

The prototype for this, called the TVS Akula 310, was showcased in early 2016 and paid tribute to TVS Racing’s 33 years of dominant race heritage. It was jaw-dropping and had enthusiasts hooked since then. This has been a long wait for fans all across India which finally comes to an end.
